Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping of $8 per order across Aotearoa. This includes rural and non-rural addresses.
Orders of $100 or more will automatically have free shipping applied at the checkout!
We usually pack and send packages throughout Aotearoa twice a week. These are sent by courier with NZ Post.
If you need urgent shipping for a list minute gift, please send us an email at kiaora@tereomaoribookshop.com and we will do our best to get it out asap for you!
Australian shipping
You asked, we answered! We now ship orders to Australia for a flat rate of $20.
Estimated arrival time is 10 business days.

Packaging
Our books will arrive to you wrapped in protective cushioning, in a courier bag or box (depending on size).
All of our packaging materials are made of paper or cardboard, and are recyclable and biodegradable.
Sometimes we might use recycled bubble wrap if we think your package might get damaged without it. We never buy this new - it is leftover from our shipments. We hope you will reuse it just like we have!
